Our passion is breathing new life into the shells of old buildings, and our work has brought vitality to areas as diverse as Boston’s South End, Miami’s South Beach, Philadelphia’s Midtown Village, and most recently Wilmington’s LOMA District. Preservation Initiatives strives to revitalize city districts by preserving architectural assets in critical mass, building new and appropriate infill, and providing vision for the area’s next chapter of urban life.
