PI is thrilled to announce the securing of four more commercial leases on the 200 block of N. Market Street! Among them are LOMA Coffee (239 and 235/7 N. Market), 2Fish Group (8 W. 3rd), and the expansion of Babe Stying Salon (213 N. Market). Ebon Flagg, owner of Babe, will also open a new men's barber shop called Dudes which will occupy the 223 N. Market space. Congratulations to our new tenants, and welcome to a new neighborhood!

We are very excited to announce that PI has partnered with local investors to purchase the Ships Tavern Mews property on Lower Market Street! We have watched the difficulties faced by commercial tenants on that 200 block of N. Market Street for the past 5+ years, and now can look forward to bringing new energy to the block very soon. Stay tuned!
PI is pleased to announce the signing of several new commercial tenants to occupy retail space on the 200 block of Market Street. Among them are Studio on Market (219 N. Market), Extreme Pizza (201 N. Market), Vultran Creative Group (229 N. Market), Film Brothers Movie Co-Op (205 N. Market), and Element Design Group (231 N. Market). Extreme will open it's doors in November 2010 and the others are already open for business, so come on down and check it out!

PI announces another signed lease on 9th Street - this time with Verge Business Group to open Wilmington's first coworking space, the coIN Loft! Opening in February 2010, the coIN Loft will be located on the upper floors of 300 W. 9th Street, at Tatnall Street.
Congratulations to Construction Services Group for receiving the Associated Builders & Contractors award for excellence in in construction, for their work on the 300 block of Market Street (Lippincott) project!

PI proudly supports the City of Wilmington's inaugural Fringe Festival! The festival will run from October 1 - 4 at various spots in the LOMA District. Check the website for scheduled events and programs!
PI is pleased to announce the signing of a new lease with Geoff Blake of the photo studio and art gallery Red Mohawk! Geoff will be opening up shop at 228 W. 9th Street in September.

In May, new leases were signed on the 300 block of 9th Street. Welcome aboard to Touba Hair Styling (314 W. 9th Street) and to Silver Lining (302 W. 9th Street), a women's clothing consignment shop!
In April, PI completed the 9th Street Lofts project. Four spacious loft apartments - two with roof decks - are now available. At street level, new offices for HUE Architecture and a new home for PI are live!
On March 11, 2009 PI's application for funds to redevelop the Wilmington Dry Goods properties was unanimously approved by the Upstairs Fund Committee. This progressive legislation by Mayor Baker and City Council provides necessary funding to redevelopment projects on Market Street that will have an enormous economic and social impact for years to come. Forward progress continues in LOMA.

Preservation Initiatives competes construction on The Lippincott project! Corner tenant Greener Cleaner Plus opens in March '09 and negotiations continue with several restaurant operations and boutique retailers. Stay tuned for more news!
