P.I. is presently focused on development projects in the downtown Wilmington, DE market. Wilmington is the economic capital of Delaware and home to an extraordinary collection of historic mid-19th century buildings.

In conjunction with several local developers, business owners, and city officials, P.I. is working on the reinvention of Lower Market Street. The result is 'LOMA' - the Lower Market Design District - fast emerging as the magnet district for the area’s "Creative Class" of innovative entrepreneurs.

P.I. manages all properties in the company’s portfolio. Presently this includes 20,000 s.f. of retail and 25,000 s.f. of commercial office space in Philadelphia and Wilmington.
